  • description: In this video, I’m showing Trove, a read-only service dashboard I built for my own homelab. My setup has Docker containers, Kubernetes workloads, Proxmox VMs, and a bunch of services spread across different places. Trove is my attempt at making that easier to see without turning it into another control panel. The idea is simple: small read-only agents collect what’s running, push that data back to a central server, and Trove gives you a clean dashboard showing your services, agents, health, freshness, and recent changes. This is not designed to replace Portainer, Proxmox, Kubernetes, or your monitoring stack. It’s more of a lightweight service catalog for people who want to know what exists, where it’s running, and whether anything has gone stale.
